In a strategic move to solidify its position as Nigeria’s leading recruitment platform, Jobberman Nigeria has announced the acquisition of Ngcareers, a well-established online job and recruitment platform.  

Founded in 2009 by Paul Eze and Andrew Eze, Ngcareers has been a trusted platform for job seekers and employers, offering a wide range of employment opportunities across multiple industries. With this acquisition, Jobberman aims to enhance its talent-matching capabilities, streamline recruitment processes, and expand its reach within Nigeria’s competitive job market.

Jobberman Nigeria and Ngcareers Set to Unite Under ROAM Africa Following Acquisition

Following the successful acquisition of Ngcareers by Jobberman Nigeria, both platforms will continue to operate independently for the time being under their parent company, Ringier One Africa Media (ROAM Africa). However, the long-term vision is to merge both brands under the Jobberman umbrella.  

Since their inception in 2009, Jobberman Nigeria and Ngcareers have played a crucial role in bridging Nigeria’s unemployment gap, equipping millions of young professionals with career development tools, job opportunities, and vocational training.  

With this merger, Jobberman Nigeria and Ngcareers aim to expand their reach to over one million job seekers every month, further strengthening ROAM Africa’s dominance in the Nigerian job market.  

Jobberman Nigeria CEO, Hilda Kabushenga Kragha, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating:
